Our Story, Mission, and Core Values
Elevate Youth Development CIC was created because we believe every child and young person deserves the opportunity to succeed, no matter their background or the challenges they face.
Our founder has worked across social care, education and community settings, seeing first-hand how many young people become disengaged before they receive the right support. Too often, intervention comes when problems have already escalated. Elevate was established to change that by providing early, meaningful support that helps young people build confidence, develop positive relationships and reach their potential.
We work alongside schools, families and community partners to deliver mentoring, sports, wellbeing and personal development programmes that are practical, engaging and tailored to the needs of each young person. Our approach is relationship-based, trauma-informed and rooted in safeguarding, recognising that a young person's experiences at home, in school and within their community all influence their development.
