Working together to improve outcomes for children and young people

Elevate Youth Development CIC works in partnership with schools, local authorities and community organisations to provide early intervention and targeted support for children and young people.

We understand that every school faces different challenges. Our programmes are designed to complement existing pastoral, safeguarding and inclusion teams by providing practical, relationship-based support that helps young people stay engaged, improve their wellbeing and achieve positive outcomes.

Our work is flexible and can be tailored to meet the needs of individual pupils, small groups or whole-school communities.

Our Services

Attendance Support

We work with pupils who are at risk of persistent absence by identifying barriers to attendance, building positive relationships and working alongside families and schools to improve engagement and school attendance.

Mentoring

Our mentoring programmes provide young people with trusted adult role models who help build confidence, resilience, motivation and positive decision-making. Sessions are tailored to each individual's needs and goals.

Behaviour Intervention

We support pupils who are struggling with behaviour, emotional regulation or engagement. Using restorative and relationship-based approaches, we help young people develop self-awareness, emotional resilience and strategies that support positive behaviour.

Safeguarding Support

Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. We work alongside schools to support vulnerable children and young people, promoting early intervention, positive relationships and effective safeguarding practice.

Transition Support

Moving between schools can be challenging for many young people. We provide transition programmes that help pupils build confidence, develop resilience and prepare successfully for the move into secondary school or the next stage of education.

Contextual Safeguarding

Young people's experiences extend beyond the classroom. Our contextual safeguarding approach recognises the influence of peer groups, neighbourhoods, online spaces and wider community environments. We work with schools and partners to identify risks, strengthen protective factors and create safer environments for young people.
